We build throughout the Willamette Valley from our Salem office: Salem, Albany, Portland, Eugene, Corvallis, McMinnville, Beaverton, Gresham, Tigard, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Springfield, Silverton, and across Marion, Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Lane, Linn, Yamhill, and Benton counties. From our Redmond office we cover Central Oregon: Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Madras, Sisters, Sunriver, Brasada Ranch, Black Butte, Powell Butte, Eagle Crest, and across Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties. We also take on select projects along the Oregon Coast: Lincoln City, Newport, Waldport, Tillamook, Neskowin, and across Lincoln, Tillamook, and Clatsop counties. From the first conversation to the day you move in, plan on roughly 18 to 24 months. About a third of that is design and pre-construction, with the build itself running 10 to 14 months depending on size, site, and selections.
Not necessarily. We work both ways. About half of our projects come in with an architect we coordinate with; the other half start with us and we bring in a designer or architect we trust. Either way works.
BuilderTrend is the project management software we run every job through. You'll get a login and can see schedules, daily updates, photos, selections, change orders, and invoices, all in one place. It's how we keep communication clear.
Yes. We do whole-home remodels, additions, kitchens and baths through Kaufman Homes, and ongoing preventative maintenance through our sister company, Kaufman Maintenance. Reach out through this site for larger projects, or visit kaufmanhelp.com for maintenance and smaller repairs.
Often, yes. We can phase additions and whole-home remodels so families stay in part of the house through construction. We'll walk through what that looks like on your specific project.
We don't offer financing in-house, but we work regularly with local construction lenders and can introduce you to lenders our past clients have used successfully.
